It does not cover information we collect through an offering's subscription documents or the investor portal, which are governed by the privacy terms provided with those materials.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email or call us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, whether you consider yourself an accredited investor, your investment interests and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from others. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Site, from accredited investor verification providers you authorize, or from people who refer you to us.

• To determine whether you may be eligible to participate in an offering and, if you choose to invest, to verify your accredited investor status.

• Text: reply STOP to any message.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, regulatory, tax and recordkeeping requirements.
