The platform · how it works

Invest like you're ordering
from a menu.

On our investor platform, accredited investors review each deal's documents. They invest only in the deals they select, like ordering from a menu.

Empire Builder Capital, LLC is not a blind pool fund. You don't hand over capital and hope we pick the right deals. We show you each deal, and you invest in the specific ones you choose.

The difference

Blind pool vs. deal-by-deal.

The structure of an investment matters as much as the asset.

Typical blind-pool fund

Commit first, find out later

  • Capital committed before deals are identified
  • Manager decides where your money goes
  • Limited visibility into individual assets
  • One size fits every investor
Empire Builder Capital

See the deal, then decide

  • Every deal presented individually, with its own documents
  • You choose which deals to invest in, and how much
  • Asset-level reporting for each investment
  • Build the portfolio that fits your goals
Deal-by-deal selection

Your portfolio, your picks.

Review offerings in the investor portal, available to accredited investors after onboarding. Each listing opens to the full offering package: business plan, underwriting summary, risk factors and legal documents. Select the deals you want; skip the rest.

Illustrative interface. Not a real offering.
