Sean has had a career in IT for over 34 years, managing small and large scale, high-budget IT projects as a consultant for government and private projects, specializing in network design and security across the nation. Sean started his own IT consulting company called Strategic Technical Resource in April of 2004 and another in 2006.
Sean’s real estate career began when he purchased his first single family rental in 2003. Sean grew his portfolio with the addition of more single-family rentals, a trailer park and multiple commercial properties including warehousing, office buildings, and storage.
In 2020, Sean became an affiliate residential and commercial realtor. His first transaction was a $5.8+ million industrial warehouse. Sean has continued to leverage his real estate knowledge and project management experience to invest in more real estate. Since he began, Sean has flipped about 50 single family homes, renovated apartment complexes and has purchased and sold over investment 100 properties. Sean is a Limited Partner and General Partners in multiple real estate syndications.
Currently, Sean has a staff of people to assist in self-management of 70+ units and continues to participate in numerous syndications, specializing in Asset Management. Beyond these projects, Sean is a partner in a 112-unit apartment development that began construction in May of 2023, a large climate-controlled storage development and another development project of 330 apartment units.
