Foti Karastamatis, a seasoned principal with 34 years of investment experience, has successfully diversified his portfolio across CA, TN, MS, FL, SC, and IN. His investments span various asset classes, including land, single-family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial/industrial spaces.
Currently, Foti’s portfolio encompasses over 720 multifamily units, 329 indoor/outdoor RV storage units, several SFR and a couple small multifamily properties. He also owns a 190-acre ranch.
In addition to his investment achievements, Foti plays an active role as a board member and treasurer for the Memphis Investors Group (MIG), a thriving non-profit NREIA chapter with around 350 members in Memphis, TN.
Foti’s construction expertise shines through in managing projects totaling over $120 million, including hotels, commercial spaces, and tax credit-built-to-rent homes. In Memphis, he oversaw the construction of more than 50 ground-up tax credit homes. He is an expert in value engineering and has excellent troubleshooting skills.
Previously serving as President/CEO of Karastamatis Enterprises (dba Titan Construction), Foti specialized in major structural repairs, renovations of occupied multifamily buildings, and residential remodels. He exceled in design/build projects, even handling complex tasks like constructing hillside additions beneath existing structures. Foti’s 12-year collaboration with property management companies adds another layer of depth to his impressive career.
